Spiritual Sanctuary

No matter the spiritual journey you may be on, Witchy Whims is a safe space for you and your beliefs. As long as you’re respectful of everyone else’s beliefs you are welcome. This page holds an omnist point of view, and as such there is no space for people to start telling others their gods or god is not real.

Mission

With witchcraft growing in popularity it was inevitable for people to see it as an opportunity to put up a paywall. The goal of Witchy Whims blog is to provide an affordable and accessible means for developing and building your craft. Spirituality is a personal journey and everyone has one that is right for them. However, if people keep being met with Patreon and Etsy advertisements they may never discover that witchcraft is theirs.

About Me

Hiya, my name’s Alex, but the internet knows me as Witchy. I began my witchcraft journey when I was 8 years old, which is when my sister started telling me all about her journey through Wicca. I’ve been reading resources on the craft ever since.  My first spell was a baneful casting and it went terribly. I am a big proponent of transparency so I can comfortably say I’ve made many mistakes on my witchcraft journey and you will too. It’s a learning process.
I was born clairvoyant, and when a three-year-old tells their parents they see “monsters” under their bed, normally, it’s nothing. However, as I got older those “monsters” began to look a lot more like people and I realized I had a foot on the other side of the veil. Although I was raised Christian I never felt being clairvoyant was a sin. It’s a gift that runs in the family, and I have many spiritual ancestors, that I learn more and more about from my parents each day.
My spiritual journey is ongoing, and I am happy to share this journey with others who have questions. I overall want to be the internet’s witchy sibling. I want to give back the help and support that I was lucky enough to get from my sister.
